CHEMFLOW Products provides a suite of services that some of our customers may not be fully aware of. One of these is the assembly of complete Chlorine Hose Strings. What is a Hose String you might ask? It is the combination of several products that we typically supply as individual components, all combined into a single part.

- Hose Master ChlorSafe Chlorine Transfer Hose size 1” x 12’
- Klaw 2” x 1” Flow Break Chlorine Breakaway Coupling
- CHEMSeal Chlorine Hose Coupling
- Manual or Automated Hose End Ball Valve (not shown on these assemblies)
- Piping Components
Each component in the “string” meets Chlorine Institute guidelines for cleaning and passes a blacklight examination. Additional Quality Control services such as PMI validation are also available
Once assembled we test our assemblies using a “Helium Soak” pressure test at 250 psig. Each connection is “snooped” for leakage and pressure is monitored over a 90-minute time frame with zero allowable pressure loss.
To date, we have a 100% customer satisfaction rate for fast turnaround time, competitive “bundled” pricing, and Zero reported performance issues.
