Powell Fabrication Manufactures Chemical Bulk Transfer Emergency Shutdown Systems.
Powell Emergency Shutdown Systems feature pneumatic or electric motor and bracket assemblies that are clamped to the mobile container. A variety of adapters allow for use with either High or Lo torque Chlorine Angle Valves (including the new dual valve designs), and Chlorine Cylinder Valves. The Powell “System” allows for user programmable trip modes including Toxic Gas, Seismic and Motion Detection.
In addition to Chlorine, Powell Emergency Shutdown Systems provide excellent safety solutions for the following chemical bulk transfer applications:
